I have a bunch of songs already in WMP and i think they're in .wma format by default? Is it possible to change them into .mp3 format? Also, on itunes, I knowyou can select convert to mp3 but then how do I know which copy of the song is an .mp3 as it lists both the AAC and MP3 side by side? Thanks, will award a best answer.

to convert go to http://www.zamzar.com/ (its free) and upload your file and select 'convert to mp3' and click convert. You'll receive the mp3 formatted song file in your email in approximately 30 minutes-1 hours.

I suggest u use a song converter like imtoo or any other thing to convert any track into mp3 rather then using i tunes.
