I want to become an actress, but I don't know where to start, can someone help?

Start by taking acting classes so you can perfect your craft to the best of your abilities. Then get an agent. They will help you with the auditions. If you want to become a famous actress, however, it's much more difficult since everyone wants to become famous. However just think about it this way. If all those other famous and successful actors made it, Why can't you?They, I am sure, were struggling actors too. Just don't do it for the money, I see some many people that want to be actors to be rich, and they end up having such a disappointing life because that never happened. Do it because you love it, because that's what you really want to do, it doesn't matter what they pay you. That way if you don't "make it" you will be fulfilled, and look back in time and be proud of all the hard work you did trying to become a very successful actor. I know you did not ask anything related to fame, but nowadays, that's all people want for the wrong reasons, for money, popularity, not for honest love to the career.

I'll be blunt. You're no longer going to be a popular actress. The odds are extraordinarily stacked towards you. Find local acting classes. You might want to start with imporv if you have no experience. It is a good beginning skill. Next, look into auditiong for plays at local theatres. There might even be some small commercials or student films that need actors in your area. Get as much experience as you can, not just acting, but performing. Look into dance classes or vocal lessons if you sing. These things will look really good on you resume. Look into going to an arts university if you are really passionate.

look in your school, maybe can start in a little team and start for the begin if you are perseverant you can became an actress just dont be afraid

1. get your parents' support for this
2. get a mentor to guide you
3. act in all the school plays and take speech and drama classes
4. take a professional acting class
5. do some guided reading.
