I'm new here. Someone is wanting to send me an Email. Please, how do I download their Email?

If you have an email program like Thunderbird or Outlook installed it will give you a list of incoming mail. It has downloaded that mail by itself. All you need to do next is click on a displayed piece of mail to read it, reply to it, forward it, or delete it.
