I guess you are saying that you are using the MLS number to try and pull up info about a house on a web site and nothing is coming up.
If that is what you are asking then the answer is probably that the house is no longer an active listing. It is pending or expired or something, but not actively for sale.
When their status changes like that then you can no longer pull them up on public websites.

It is not MSL - it is MLS. You have to be a member of National Association of Realtors. You can ask your Realtor to help you with this. Altough, there is a non-members you can click on. You have to kind of play with it.

if you go on www.realtor.com, there is a box asking for MLS number. If you put it in there and click search and nothing comes up it could be: a) wrong #; b) under contract/sold/pending/withdrawn/expired. If it doesn't come up, contact a Realtor to be your Buyer Agent and they will send you all kinds of listings!

Make sure you type in 6 consecutive numbers. Omit any letters you may see at the begining of the MLS number.
