1.00000 Kilogram = 2.20462 Pounds, so multiply 108 kg by 2.20462 to get about 238 lbs. (238.09896 precicely)
To get how much he lifted, divide 946 by 238 to get 3.97 and round up to get about 4 times his weight.

So 2.2lbs/kg x 108kg = 237.6lbs
and 946 lbs/2.2lbs = 430 kg
