To convert kg to lbs, multiply by 2.2

so 2.7kg X 2.2lbs/kg = 5.94lbs

To find out the % that is for the body weight of someone weighing 105lbs,

Divide 5.94 by 105 to get 0.05657 then multiply X 100%

to get 5.66 %

2.2 lbs = 1 kg
to convert: 2.7 x 2.24 = 6 lbs
or
1 pound = 0.45 kg
to convert: 2.7/0.45 = 6 lbs

percent of body weight: 6/105 = 0.0571 or 5.71%
