All I know is that if you THINK like a winner you tend to win. Positivity attracts positivity. Losers get bogged down in the belief that only people born privileged succeed so they may as well not even try. I was raised poor by a mother deserted by my dad in a little southern town. I just never gave up and never would admit or believe that I was a lesser person than anyone or that my dreams couldn't happen if I just kept on putting one foot in front of the other until I got where I wanted to go. I have had a long a rocky road, but I have "made it" by anybody's standards, socially and financially...I think it is amazing where I have gotten given where I started out. Also...NEVER stop asking God to protect and promote your strivings. Be honorable and help out anybody that you can along the way.

I'm guessing you're in the UK because why would someone want to leave such a diverse country like the US, so back to the Q, State of mind, possibly, fear, could be, in realty there are so many negatives that I would hold back on making any major decisions before you have your love life sorted and prioritise for your kids. Invite the guy over to stay with you and kid/plural, see what the score is and take it from there. Good luck babe.

Absolutely, your state of mind tells you that responsibility is more important than happiness. However, life is short, and many people's state of mind tends to forget this simple truth. Have you ever thought that the guy in question might fully support your plans in life and be the first person willing to help you achieve your goals and help care for your children? Or sometimes what we think are our best interests are standing in the way of what we truly want and sometimes need. The truth is that you have to sit down and talk to this guy, telling him your situation and how you feel. How he responds may be a helpful indicator of how you should make your next move. Good luck, I hope whatever you choose leads you to a wonderful future!

I hope you are willing to accept these unpleasant feelings for the duration of your life.
The concept of deserving is an odd one in Western culture. By what reasoning do you deserve anything, or me, or the next person? Desires are a sure way to experience dissatisfaction with life. Of course, no one can ever clearly state how much of anything will every be enough.
In the West we are rarely grateful in life. I think this is a major downfall for our society. No matter how bad or difficult we perceive our lives to be, it is equally matched by a wealth of good fortune.

First I'd like to say Thank You for answering my question before...but I think we deserve to be happy in this life...and to ask yourself what would truly make you happy, and how to get there...is the goal of life....eliminate the negative... but remember sometimes you have to take the bad with the good
God bless you

You could give up morality, loyalty, fidelity and honesty and get what you want. Does that work for you? You're learning Spanish? Learn English first.
The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.
