I was told I have mild Insulin resistence and that I should go for Metformin to help conceive.
Do you think Metformin will control the sugar level in the body which makes me auto ovulate or what happens?
Or do you think it is better to take clomid with Metformin?

It would be best to go on met first to control the insulin resistance and it very well may make you O, and then if it doesn't add clomid.

Try the Metformin first. Metformin helps with insulin resistance and sometimes when that problem is resolved, ovulation will also return or become more regular. Some women have been able to get pregnant by taking Metformin alone. If nothing is happening in the next few months, then I would consider Clomid (Clomid has side effects, so why go through that if you don't have to). I would try Metformin first.

Good luck!
