You would think that since USC is a pro team that pays it's players, they would at least schedule some good college teams?

Miss. State is a legit SEC team - not a cakewalk like freaking Idaho! I didn't even know they had a team!

Yep, I think USC and Penn St have the same AD when it comes to scheduling games...what a tough non-conference schedule the Nittany Lions have in Fla International, Temple, and Buffalo...

USC play division 1A Idaho but your Gators play 1AA Western Kentucky. If Idaho is a high school team then Western Kentucky is a Jr. High team.

No they don't want the challenge of a bona fide college football team. They paid the NCAA to avoid being scheduled SEC and other conference teams and kept all games in the PAC-10. Basically their schedule nothing but exhibition games

They are playing the Girl Scouts. They formed a team in the summer and Carrol offered to buy all the cookies they had in the truck if they would play in week 1.

They play Idaho, who is a IA opponent in the Sun Belt Conference (you know, the conference all of the SEC's non-conference games come from?).
For the record, USC has not played a non-Division IA opponent since 1952. I dare say that very few other Division IA programs can say the same.

louisville played murray state

boise state is kicking the crap out of weber state
why don't you ask the same questions about those teams?
