when love abandons you; you should grieve for a short period no more than a week or so then gather yourself and put those feelings behind you and begin to search for a new love or just find yourself because love left you you didn't leave love... if that makes any sense to you

i cry silently, i cry inside of me.I cant live without love...Love is like the sun coming out of the clouds and warming my soul. when loves abandons me my soul freezes and dies. I feel like someone has stubbed my heart, i feel so much pain that i cant breathe.

Keep breathing in and out, try and maintain your life style. Get up, get ready and go to work. Don't worry if you don't sleep for awhile, I was told nobody ever died from lack of sleep (I question this statement but it helped). Keep doing all of these things until you don't have to think of what you have to do next.
