There's a limit for email? Haven't heard that one, but I think it's just their way of making a 'reward' system.

The question and answering limits are so that you have something to look forward to when you reach the next level. With each level you are given a little more.
I had no idea that there were restrictions on e mail. I have the regular old system (not beta) and they just removed the percentage calculator.
