Recently, Fidel Castro offered his opinion on who he thinks should be President. He says Hillary Clinton should be President and Barrack Obama should be her running mate. The question is-Just what do Castro know about a election?. This is the same man who promised a election when he first "liberated" Cuba, but went back on what he said and made himself President(I seen the History Channel show recently about Che Guverra and Fidel Castro). Fidel Castro hasnt had a election ever. And in my opinion the way to find out if the people of Cuba really want you their, is to have a election. Let somebody run agaisnt you and prove once and for all that the Cuban people really want you in power and nobody else.

Castro is a die-hard Communist/Marxist/Socialist.
He knows who will best move America toward his view of what the world should be like.

I'm sure he has the same basic understanding of it that you do. And while Cuba is not a free country just yet, at least Castro is free to express his opinion. Honestly, I think most people think that the embargo we continue against Cuba is stupid. That, and the us media bubble doesn't usually talk much about Castro. If it did, then our opinions on him would be far different than they are.

He probably said that knowing that Americans would take the opposite of his endorsement. Castro is a murdering bastard but he hasn't outlasted 9 American presidents by being a dumb azz.

I think he was actually voted into office at one time, then decided to make it permanent. So, he must have had at least one great campaign in his lifetime. I'm not sure though.
When people like Chavez and Castro support the Democrats, that seems like it would hurt the support base of the Democrat party.

Just great. This topic is so crazy. Let the man have his own opinion. It must carry some kind of weight, it has you going.
