I don't have to be moving I can be parked with my car idling and once I push the clutch in the RPMss drop. Also if this makes a difference when I'm turning and I push in the clutch pedal sometimes it sticks in...
any help would be greatly aprecited thanks in advance

It sound's as if you are do for a pressure plate, clutch disc, throwout bearing and careful inspection of the flywheel. If it has colors, scratches or scoring maybe a machine shop can save it. If not add a new flywheel to your list.
Dont skimp or do anything half a*sed because you don't want to tear everything apart in a week and repeat anything

first find out if its hydraulic or cable operated,if its hydraulic it may need to be bleed out,if cable operated it may need adjusted,or the throw out bearing can be going bad in it,which is what it sounds like, you need to take it by a good transmission shop, and have it checked, they can probably tell you exactly whats wrong with it,they shouldn't charge anything just to check it out ,good luck on it.
