Actually some old Chryslers products had 180 - 200 amp. alternators. I assume you want to stick to a frame that will fit your brackets. Many Big block Chevys of that era had 120 -140 and 160 amp. alternators. Your bast bet is to take your frame to a starter alternator repair shop and sak them to stuff all the "good" jucy parts in your alternator frame. They may suggest a truck alternator with a bigger frame.
