i had the same problem. i never threw up once but i felt like i was going to every second. what helped me the most is drinking ice cold water with a little bit of lemon in it. you pretty much have to wait it out though. it gets better in the second trimester

I experienced this throughout my first trimester. Nothing seemed to work all I wanted to do was just lay around all day long and do nothing. I would feel worse if I had a bad morning where I did vomit. Eating small meals helps relieve what I guess are hunger pains but I know it's hard. Just eat what you can in smaller portions and more frequently. Good luck, just think you have a few more weeks and you'll be good to go :) Good luck!

I have had that. I was nauseous 24/7. I am currently 9 weeks & 2 days pregnant & it seems to be easing off a little bit. I found that eating crackers or toast helped a lot. Also drinking Gingerale & chewing on mint gum. Now it's not so bad.

The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed. I certainly have had bad morning sickness. Mine was worse when walking around too so it made doing basic chores almost impossible. You will get better days and you can buy morning sickness tablets but not much works for me. Just pray you aren't one of the poor souls who gets it through the entire pregnancy!

yep - its amazing how noone ever tells you it should really be called "ALL DAY SICKNESS"!! It was so bad for me that Id be bed ridden for days on end and there was NOTHING I could do, at least nothing thats safe. Luckily it stopped at about 10 weeks and as quick as it started it stopped. I lived off crackers and gatorade it helped but just a little..

yep... it is not morning sickness it is all day sickness I don't know why they don't just change the name. I know I lived off Tums and they helped. Talk to your OB first to make sure Tums are still ok. I had my little girl 7 years ago so that may have changed :o) Good luck and God bless!

I had this problem with both my first and 3rd pregnancies. Rolaids became my best friend. You don't mention how far along you are in your pregnancy, but you may want to talk to your ob/gyn about this if it persists or continues to be a big problem. (S)he can give you the best remedy.
