1) Inequality: 0.02 <= x <= 0.065
Interval: x ∈ [0.02, 0.065]

2) Note that √5 < 5/2, so √5 - 5/2 is negative.
So |√5 - 5/2| = -(√5 - 5/2)
= 5/2 - √5.

3) |-5| = 5, so the statement is saying
-5 O 5
Clearly the correct replacement for O is <.
