both, it can see the faults up close with a microscope but chooses to see it through the telescope's eyes, meaning there are faults but there's so much more than meets the eye! so we can just look past them.

I microscope so u can see the small thing that really count if it was a telescope it would be to small and u woudnt see the stuff that really matter u would only see the out side not what really cout the way way inner person

It makes you realise that there's more to the universe and to life than we can see. I've had both a telescope and a microscope and both macro and micro images are fantastic.
