i often have this nightmare where im sleeping or running trying to save my self from snakes....and sometimes i wake up panicking or run out of my room screaming and then after few seconds i will realize that it had been a bad dream....it happens to me alot with different animals but my biggest fear is snakes....im scared of dogs, cats, snakes, lizards and etc...whenever i see a dog on street i change my route or cross road to the other side where i wouldn;t interact with the dog...so i was wondering if it is normal to have these fears at age of 16...or am i a psycho? or crazy or do i neeed to see a psychiatrist???
P.S i wasn't grew up in animal enviroment

Having these same nightmares is called a recurring dream. They're never exactly the same, but if they keep happening then they're probably revealing something about how you feel in your life. You might also be stressed as well.

As for the fears of these animals, how did you come to be afraid of them all? Are you parents afraid of any of these animals as well? Were you traumatized, attacked, or just plain scared out of your wits when you were younger with these animals? So many quesitons can be asked pertaining to your fears. The way you were brought up may have caused you to be scared like this. If you've been bitten or something like that, it may be understandable. It could even be something you inherited from your parents.

Nope, you're not psycho. You just have phobias and if
you want to try to surpass them...you'll really have to try
to get a psychiatrist or something. It might help.

Hi Shimmy Shimmy, What you need to understand is that people are often afraid of what they don't understand and what I mean is I was afraid of spiders so I got books on them and bought a Tarantula Spider and ya know what now I know that they are more afraid of me than we are of them....So understand why they have PAWS or Claws even sharp teeth...now as far as the dream what you need to do is interpret that dream and what I mean by that is you have to try to remember everything that you saw even colors and if you saw a snake first than write it down on paper as #1 what a snake means to YOU not anyone else just what it means to you and if you saw a tree write it down as #2 and so on until you have finished with that than read down the list and there will be some-kind of message there just for you,,,Bob.

Some people are just really afraid of animals (my friend won't even LOOK at a dog, or else she'd get totally freaked out and run away no matter what). It's normal for some people. So just try to control your feelings, and not let them control you.

First off the worst thing to be is normal-whatever that is. Your fears are coming out in your subconcious. If your fears seem unreasonable, then why not talk to someone about it and see if you can get some relief from your fears.

personally I think you are remembering a past life death .... which was probable around the age you are now and pretty soon the dreams will stop........ when you out live the age of the death.
