Every other day is a suggestion for men who have a known low sperm count. If his sperm count is normal, sex every day during your fertile phase is recommended. In fact, sex regularly (about 3 times a week, every week), plus every day during your 5-day fertile window is the way to go. Again, assuming his sperm count is normal.

Here's your "proof"

Good luck!

I dont know about medically, but I know for me it is better because both my husband and I work, and I go to school, and when we get home we dont want to just hop in the sack. We are usually too tired. Plus, I am usually in the "fertile phase" for a week or so and after that long of having sex everyday, we get exhausted, plus it starts to feel like sex is a chore, not fun, and it makes me sore, and there is a degree of frustration going to bed exhausted, then waking up in the morning only to find that my temp is still low. Im always anxious to get to that two week wait...then anxious to get out of it again;)

This is only if the man has a low sperm count. Otherwise everyday during your fertile time is fine. Stats on this are: 22% chance of conceiving when sex everyother day during fertile time. 25% chance of conceiving when sex everyday during your fertile time.

I got pregnant right away with both pregnancies when we had sex everyday during fertile time.

They say that only if there is male factory infertility such as low sperm counts. By having sex every other day, it will give the man's sperm to rejuvinate, but if you dh has normal sperm count and mortility then it is OK to have sex every day.

It's not for all people. As long as the man has a healthy normal sperm count every day is better.

It's just a precaution when the doctors don't know if your hubby could have a low sperm count.

If his sperm count is normal, you could baby dance every day if you're up to it. But if it's low, he needs time to build it back up or he'll just be shooting blanks over and over again.

The best way I found is to buy an ovulation testing kit. They work like a charm. Then you only need to have sex once. (more sex is optional)
