Thursday will be a double eviction night, meaning that they will vote someone out like normal, and then immediately have a short and sweet Head of Household competetion. The winner will then quickly choose 2 houseguests to be up on the block without much time to confer and scheme with the other houseguests. There won't be a power of veto, and the houseguests will vote 1 of the 2 nominees out on Thursday, all live.
I'm thinking they will wait until Sunday to do another Head of Household, or do it in the meantime and we don't get to see it live. It will be down to the final 4 after Thursday!
