You can have a baby with In Vitro fertilization (IVF), using donor eggs. It is very common these days. Did you hear about the woman who was 67 years old when she conceived twins through IVF? She lied to the IVF doctor about her age. I think the cut off age for some of the infertility doctors is 57. You will have to contact a Reproductive endocrinologist for a consult.

No. All you can do is IVF with donor eggs. Included in that would be injections to increase your hormones so that you can carry a pregnancy. You actually remain in menopause. That doesn't change. Menopause means that you no longer ovulate and there is nothing they can do to change that.
Note: All you folks who keep going on about adoption. You do realize that many people would never be approved for adoption, right? I know I wouldn't because of my disability. Doesn't mean I can't raise a kid.

Yes, it is possible. The odds of getting pregnant would not be good and if you did become pregnant, it would be a very high risk pregnancy. The oldest mother was a 67 year old woman. She was given hormones to bring her out of menopause and then used donor eggs and sperm.

If you haven't had a period for 2 years, you're probably done with being fertile. You could restart your period by taking hormones, but that won't mean you will be ovulating, you'll just be bleeding. Just because you are bleeding doesn't mean you are ovulating. You're probably past being able to get pregnant.

There is a reason women go into menopause. It's natures way of saying you're too old to have a baby. Try having grandkids instead!

no, you have already gone through menopause. even if you had not having a baby at 54 is dangerous for you not to mention the health of your child. i know that is hard to hear and i wish you the best.

You are out of eggs which means no preganacy. Adopt.
Also I know others are thinking it, you are a bit old to have a baby, how would you have the energy to raise a toddler and don't even get me started on how you'll deal with a teenager. I'm sorry but I'm honest. Thats my opinion.
