Only if you plan to do something that requires you testify in court. I mean, you are not divorcing your boyfriend so, why would you have to see him in court?

The fact you have a new relationship, even if it is imaginary, has no impact. People lie all the time and as long as you are not defaming a person's character or acting in a business deal with intent to deceive; your lies should be fine. All that matters is that your ex obeys the protection order.
Make sure you have no common property with your ex and that he has not used you as a cosigner on any loans or credit cards. A regular check of your credit report should tell you if he has.
To be on the safe side, make sure you are tested for STDs in case he feels that contacting you about that breaks the protection order. If your test come back positive, have the courts handle notification of your ex.

No. Gossiping like a teenager to get back at ex boyfriends is not illegal. Kind of a wake up call to grow up and get your life straight, but there's nothing that you did or said that could end up getting you into trouble with the law.
I would just forget about these people all together. Focus on you and what you need to get done, there's no sense wasting your time on this pointless drama. All you're doing is spinning your wheels around and around, but you never actually go anywhere.

Lots of people are liars, but what crime have you committed?
The court is only interested in a crime.
Stay away from both these people from now on. It's no one's business if you're pregnant, or thought you were pregnant, or were even vicious and trouble-making.
It's only the court's business if you conned money out of people by lying, or lied about a possible crime someone else committed (like your ex-boyfriend stalking you.)
Otherwise, you don't have to incriminate yourself.

I'm not a lawyer, and I cannot give legal advice.
What I am about to say is my personal opinion.
Let's get that out of the way.
But I've defended myself civilly several times.
I don't know why any of this would go to court unless there's something you're not telling us. But if it did, and they brought it up. I would motion that it should be struck on the grounds that it's all hear-say. Unless there's something you signed that would make doing that a problem, you should be okay.

To what extent? There was no contract between you and the dude? There was no contract between you and the bimbo? Swear out a restraining order against her for harrassment, and they both should fade away unless there are lingering liabilities between you and them!!!

Hearsay is inadmissible in court. Why would you need to go to court anyway? Discontinue all contact with them and let them just sail out of your life.
