I'd have a funny little sensation in the pit of my stomach and reflexively ask questions like:
Why do you think I'm sexy?
What's so sexy about me?
etc.
Then I'd try to downplay each thing as you mentioned it . . .
I have self-image issues. But at least I'm honest about them.

I'd say" thanks for noticing" and compliment you on your good taste...then I would compliment you on your sexiness..
Then we would chat for hours and get to know one another and at the end of the night I would ask you out to go fishing or canoeing..or both. or something you wanted to do...
Get to know each other and mutual respect is the point.

I will think your mind is warped. I wouldn't think its because I am sexy but because you always think about sex. I am old fashioned and believe people should use other words than sexy.

It would depend on the following:
1. You'd have to be of the female persuasion
2. I'd need to find you physically attractive
If neither of the above two criteria were met, I'd just not pay any attention to your remark. If you met the two criteria, I'd flirt back with you.
