Study as hard as you can...at a certain point, you might start becoming confident in yourself and stop worrying, just because you know that you studied extra hard and you know the material really well. As long as you study and do well, there's nothing to worry about! And besides, everyone gets jitters before a big test or exam, so just control them and try to lead a regular lifestyle (no skipping breakfast, even if you lose your appetite on the day before a big test).
