ANY green lantern but Gnort would kick superman's butt. all they would need to do is study the elemental structure of krypronite, or get a sample and have the ring copy it.
when fighting superman they can change to pure energy to avoid being hit. they could also knock the crap out of superman then throw him into a black hole, sealed in a green bubble packed with kryptonite. or they could sneak an aids/kyrptonite virus into his bloodstream, leave him on a deserted asteroid under Korps watch then tell him of the danger he'd present to the earth if he ever tried going back.
PS there is no longer any 24 hour time limit on the ring and it's also no longer affected by yellow energy.

The common person would say Super Man but it's Green lantern all the way . His ring is near omnipotent and his will is the limit . If he tells his ring to find some or tell him how to create Kryptonite , He's done for . The backing of the Corps and the oans help also . You have to catch him in a beaten stage to take him down . His only draw back is that he needs to recharge .
Now if you would've said Kyle Raynor , I would've said the opposite , Not strong willed like Jordan .

Superman, because Hal Jordan has two limitations: He's a human being and the ring needs to be recharged.

GL is limited only by his will power and the ring needing to be charged after 24 hours. Superman's only weaknesses(besides Lois and Jimmy) are Kryptonite, a a yellow sun, and magic. Hal's power ring is based on Oan science: The Alan Scott GL's ring could probably kick Kal-El's butt.
