moving to Buchanan, MI?

im thinking about moving to buchanan, mi but the rent seems really really cheap? anyone live there or near there? what kinda area is it? any idea how i can find out?

Buchanan is pretty much your average town. They have the soap box derby every year. Their schools are pretty good and the city is doing OK. here is their city site.
