Sure cuteness. When I was in college, I'd get super nervous. I paid attention in class, and studied hard, but my nerves would still get the better of me. My advisor just told me (the day before my mid-terms) to stop studying. That I had it down pat. And he was right, I did. He told me to watch a movie, read a light novel, go for a walk...just do something I enjoyed to take my mind off of it. It was the right advice for me too. Had I kept studying *keeping the test at the front of my mind* I'd have either studied all night, or tossed and turned. Neither would have been good for me. So take a little break from the books. I'm sure you have it down by now. Do something you think is fun, chill, and don't even let yourself think of the exams right at the moment.

I am single mum. I have been suffering for panic attacks for some 15 years now, though it was not until recently I understood what they were. They were progressively getting stronger and more frequent, stopping me from some days even leaving my house. I read this book and it all made perfect sense.

I am not saying I was not terrified of putting theory to action, I was more scared of that than the next attack! But I decided to view it as a game, one I had control of and could therefore not lose!

I'm not the best person to ask about anxiety, but I think that preparing for the test well would be a good start (if you don't have a problem with anxiety already). Good luck!!!

for one, be prepared, if you are having anxiety issues, then you obviously need some more studying. The only thing I know of that relieves anxiety is xanax, and its illegal to possess without a prescription.

After reviewing my lessons, I always take a quick nap, about 30 minutes. My anxiety is almost gone. :-)x
