If Sears does or did sell stock what is it's high and low?

SHLD, it is on NASDAQ since RBL Holdings/ESL Investments, who had bought out K-Mart after its bankruptcy, then merged it. They kept about 40 percent and shares sell at about $140. ESL is the investment pool of Eddie Lampert, I've included an article link below which gives more specific details.

Sears Holding Corporation is the holding company that owns Sears and Kmart. It trades on the Nasdaq under the symbol SHLD.
