No, I've never been in a confessional,,,,but I've haggled with a priest....I didn't win, he came out singing "What's it all about, Alfie " at the funeral anyway..acapella....
I said a few hail Marys for him...

Hah! I've never taken confession but I work for a 72 yr old priest. I'm always walkin' around the church kickin' stuff, throwin' things, mother-effin' this, mother-effin' that...yeah, we get along pretty good!

This is an interesting question. Although I have not done it (I'm a minister.) I have had this happen a few times. Because of the sanctity of confession I can not divulge details; but I can tell you most of it has to do with sex. (Think Bill Clinton & Monica.)
Specifically extra-marital sex and ways to convince the other spouse to forgive and forget (they NEVER forget.)
