Yes it happens. I unconsciously relieve it by leaving the house for a few hours, have a coffee with my dad or have lunch outside with my husband instead of staying home doing every day's work.
If I can't go out, I shut off all televisions and try to sleep or just relax. I sometimes go into the car at night after a loud & stressfull evening and just lay back, heat the seat and listen to soft music.
Water also takes off a lot of stress from me. It renews my energy and relaxes me at the same time. I take a bath everyday and feel so much better after. Even my humour changes.

Of course it starts to wear me down...I can't imagine anyone in their right mind who doesn't have days where they feel like they can't take it anymore.

Hmmm...what I do to relieve stress...
Well, several things. Listening to music. Taking a long, candle-lit bubble bath. Sitting outside on a porch swing or opening the windows to feel the breeze and hear the birds singing. Reading a book. Taking a drive down the rural roads by my home...especially with the windows down so I can feel the breeze. I find all of those things (and lots of others, too) VERY relaxing...it was relaxing just thinking about all of them, so....THANKS!! ;-)

Not really.....
I try to take life as it comes, in spite of it is not always as I should have wished. I'm a possitive person.
I know that I'll be repetitive, but when I want to go out of "my diary world"...a book is the best for me.
After the book.....some low romantic music is as excellent therapy for me. Or take my cam and go everywhere to take some photos.
