It depends where i'm running. If i'm in a wooded path next to a fresh water creak, Radiohead.
If I was running on the sidewalk of a busy street, Lamb of God.
If I was running on a track behind the school down my street, rammstein... dont know why exactly but thats what came to mind.

Nothing slow , because when I run with something slow I end up half a sleep .You could chose your favorite Rock singer .
