Well I could help you if maybe you posted what types of video games you used to like. Oh and to Andrew L. why do you somehow think that nerd is an insult? Isn't that just showing your intellectual inferiority? And some people spend that much on a game console because they want to do something other than watch the same rehashed garbage on TV, you clearly have a one track mind and are insecure about it.

I am with you. I find myself bored to death with some games, so I try to figure out what kind of games I like so I can try to keep my mind busy. Sometimes, I would come here and ask questions about what kind of games are good to play these days from other players and they usually help out, too. Sometimes, I take a break from a certain game and try some new games.

For example, I have played Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, now I play Final Fantasy X-2 since I wanted a change of pace, and it is a whole lot better than playing one game over and over again, so I try to play different games with different titles to keep me occupied.

You haven't found the right video games to play.

Guilty Gear is one of my favorites (The music is the best in all of the industry).

There's the PC program called Mugen, which is a 2D fighting engine that you can use to pit characters from any fighting game against each other.

There could be two answers to that. One, you've just grown out of them. Or two, your not playing the right games. There's a huge selction of games out there along with many different genres. I'm picky about my games, so I read reviews about a game before I buy it.

I get what your saying. I've been trying to look for a good game forever. I've found FEAR, Half-Life 2, Counter-Strike, Diablo II and Dreamfall: The longest Journey. I'm pretty much all PC

That's why you see a lot of kids playing them and not so many adults.

See a trend here?
