Before the faked death of Diana Princess of Wales, she had never resided in the USA or any other part of the American continents.
However, there is now good reason to believe that, under Phil the Greek's "Princess Relocation Programme", she is living in Marlow, Oklahoma. After plastic surgery, she was given a new identity and currently spends much time fishing.

No, But she loved the US and she had plans to buy an apartment, as she intended to spend at lot more time in the US.
