I know personality is the so important but what makes you attracted to a girl when you see her

From the order of most importance to less:
1. Face.
2. Hair.
3. Body silhouette.
4. Overall look.
However, a good overall look might be able to compensate anything lacking in the first three categories. While the first three categories can't stand on their own and need to be assisted with the other categories, like a pretty face is lousy with a bad hair or a good silhouette is lousy with an unattractive face.
Clean looking, Neat looking, Tidy looking, and Symmetrical looking are also part of the consideration in what a guy look in a girl. But too much emphasize on those things might make the girl not looking attractive at all, making her looking boring.
Also a guy find a girl attractive if she's the average of the looks the guy usually see.
So if a guy spend most of his times with monkeys, he will find a monkey looking girl to be attractive.

You did explicitly state "physically", so I won't go into any of the more emotional traits, such as personality, sense of humor, etc. For me, in order of importance:
1. A nice a**, meaning small, but firm and round or otherwise shapely.
2. A cute face, which includes the great smile, the gorgeous eyes, etc.
3. Beautiful hair. Although I wouldn't say that it immediately turns me off, I don't really get into the butch, short, haircuts on women. The longer, the thicker, the more flowing, the better. Hair color is of little consequence.
4. Boobs, and by that I don't mean that they have to be big. Small is great too, so long as they are firm and perky.
5. The way that she carries herself, meaning don't slouch, don't be afraid to look people in the eye, and just present an overall air of confidence.
Those are the main things, IMHO!

I think the expression on a girls face is really important. Some go around with this sour look, or pouty or flirty, and even if they look like a model its like yuck. Having a good heart shows on the outside, and I find myself more attracted to girls who are nice and kind than to those who look hot.
Oh yeah I forgot, beautiful long thick hair is totally great.

Um, yeah.
Males are attracted to what ever catches their eye. That would depend on what that particular male seeks out, as in a certain hair colour, certain body shape, etc. It is really a case by case thing, and the only way you can find out is through studying your male subject.

I personally look at the eyes and the smile. The eyes have to be deep and thoughtful. The smile has to be sincere and mischievous. I know that this is probably going to be the most said thing but the eyes really have to show emotion and intelligence.

Great eye contact and a beautiful smile do it for me... followed up by a bright and interesting personality... you don't have to be the prettiest or have the biggest boobs, you just need to be comfortable in your own skin !!!! To me, being attractive doesn't mean a 24 inch waist or the face and body of a goddess... just be yourself and be interesting !!!

I'll be honest on what makes a fella turn his head.Breasts[pert,pointed and not too big],bottom[again,pert,firm and not to big],legs[long,firm and not like sticks],stomach[flat but not muscular,soft],face[pretty but not glam,full lips and nice dark come to bed eyes,clean soft skin],hair[long and flowing with body].This is what makes my head turn but personality is a big factor.Plus I prefer dark hair!

Essentially looks,but once you mature you find that physical attributes are shallow.Love yourself.If you believe that you are hot,than you are.Your self esteem needs a boost.Read self improvement books,listen to audios also.

I'm a sucker for girls with light eyes.
I don't really care about looks or size but, light eyes are all that i look for in a girl.
