It may be possible that there is no god to begin with. Anyway eveni f there was one, why would u want to be asociaed with someone/something who can be so cruel and callous.
I'm not one for just accepting it and saying "god works in mysterious ways". After a lot of thinking that just doesnt cut it anymore for me

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we had a world where everybody said,
'We don't know?'
The fact is that you're surrounded by God and you don't see God,
Because you KNOW ABOUT God.
The final barrier to the vision of God is your God concept.
You miss God because you think you know.
The highest knowledge of God is to know God as unknowable.
All revelations, however divine, are never any more than a finger pointing at the moon.
As we say in the East, 'When the sage points to the moon,
All the idiot sees is the finger'.
By Anthony De Mello
A Reason, a Season, or a Lifetime : )
People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.
When you figure out which one it is,
You will know what to do for each person.
When someone is in your life for a Reason . . .
It is usually to meet a need you have expressed.
They have come to assist you through a difficulty,
To provide you with guidance and support,
To aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
They may seem like a godsend, and they are!
They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrong doing on your part, or at an inconvenient time,
This person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.
Sometimes they die.
Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realise is that our need has been met,
Our desire fulfilled, their work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered.
And now it is time to move on.
When people come into your life for a Season. . .
Because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace, or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.
Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.
Lifetime relationships teach you lifetime lessons;
Things you must build upon in order
To have a solid emotional foundation.
Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person,
And put what you have learned
To use in all other relationships and areas of your life.
It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
I hope you enjoyed the message.
Just as everything happens for a reason,
Everyone is part of your life for a reason!
Love & Blessings

If you think of yourself as a person and God as a person then God seems mean sometimes. If you think of God as the reality in which ordinary existence arises--like a movie projected on a movie screen or like waves rising and subsiding in the ocean, then you have a different idea about life, self, and God. Then you just see that life is a certain way. The ancient Hindus called it "The Eater and the Eaten." Life is a self-consuming organism. The whole is greater than its parts. It has no other purpose that to be what it is. The purpose of spirituality and religion is to become aligned with the greater reality underlying the world machine and to move toward and become self-realized in that (as our true home or true nature) instead of the meat-grinder of the world.
God isn't mean. We are and we are ignorant of the nature of God, Being, and ourselves. For that we suffer and, in turn, suffering turns us around in search of a higher reality.

You do realize that it's not God doing anything bad in the world... it's the people that live in the world that are destroying it???
God wants to see who will believe in Him and follow the rules of the Bible even through such difficult times.
If life was perfect, then we would be in heaven already.

You can't blame god for the horror in the world. We have free will and unfortunately idiots take advantage of it.
If everything were perfect we would already be in heaven.

He is a memory. And he wants us to use his memory very wisely. For our guidance, for our dicipline, for our love towards others, for our faith, for the beautiful things he created for us to enjoy, feel, use, and explore that included our body and soul. He is a very wonderful God of all. When i expire I want to be with him. Do i need to say more?

God isn't mean. He sends us unconditional love and will always provide for you. Unfortunately, what you need isn't always what you want. And yeah, the hatred and violence in the world angers Him too.

God doesn't do anything mean, or anything good, or anything at all. To be dead, you have to have previously been alive.
