Neither the WWE nor the Albany County District Attorney's office would comment on the pro wrestlers' identities Thursday, aside from saying no criminal charges were filed.
As you can seen after the list of names, it is saying that no comment on the pro wrestlers' identities. So you can't believe what this saying because it is conflicting with what it just said, Do ya'll see what i'm saying?

Well, some of these guys are big names and in major storylines, we'll see on Monday if these are the people that were suspended. Not a big loss in Edge or Helm's case, since they're both out on injury anyway.
They were suspended because of that big sting a while back of an illegal steroid distribution ring. Their names were found on the customer lists and there was enough evidence to prove that they were still customers after the "Wellness Policy" came into effect. Other wrestlers, like Rey and Batista were previously mentioned in connection with this story, but the records that they were mentioned in were older than the wellness policy, so they weren't suspended.
I found this article on SI.com. The guys that wrote this article have been investigating this story from the beginning, they probably know what's going on better than anyone except the DAs prosecuting the thing. They found evidence linking these 14 wrestlers to this steroid distribution ring which was busted in Febuary of 2007.

Brian Adams aka Crush* (Dec. 2006)
Charlie Haas (Jan 2007)
Edward Fatu alias Umaga (Dec 2006)

Sylvain Grenier** (July 2006)
3 of these wrestlers are dead (*), and one is no longer with WWE (**), I'm willing to bet the rest of the wrestlers on that list are the ones that are being suspended.

I read that too and was amazed that they found drugs in Edge, Randy Orton and Johnny Nitro!
