many times. the most recent I can think of was American History X. I remember wanting to see it, but when I heard it was 2+ hours, I didnt go see it in the theatres, and never got around to watching it at home. It was just on cable again a couple months ago and I was all prepared to be stuck in a chair for all that time--almost dreading it. But the movie was so great, so intense that I couldnt believe it when it ended--there was no way that was over 2 hours!
