would the upper and lower control arm off a 77 oldsmobile omega fit a 67-69 camaro?

It is quite possible that they might interchange. Contact a salvage yard that has the interchange manual and find out for sure.

Rusty Pontiac's version was the Ventura later known as the Phoenix.

possibly many nova parts are the same and the omega is a pontiac nova. measure it out and see if its the same.
