Is this an all too true statement?

to say that there is no evil is to say that a creation cannot be destroyed.
to say there is no evil is to say that there is no fraction.
to say there is no evil is to say that all progress is smooth with no hindrances ever showing up.
to say there is no evil is to say that we are not living in a world of dualities,that there is no day or night,no form or space,no feeling or thought.

This is a bad signal for such a contention. Would you mean that any failure on non-actions made by good ones, it is always the triumph of the evil ones? Let us spare others because there are some people who always act for the good of others only that sometimes a tremendous collective effort is needed to stop evil from prevailing. So the statement is not absolute. However i see your point.

Evil prevails a moment in time only when tolerated. Good never fails. It just gives allowance and considers conversion. In the end, it prevails above anything else;..even over that which is assumed 'terminal evil'.

Here's a better question: What is evil? If you ask me, evil is a ethereal idea to explain bad things in a persons life. A sort of ominous presence. So, to answer briefly, evil doesn't prevail since evil, in essence, doesn't really exists. Only bad situations.

As a would be perfectionist, it is exactly true, no more true or less true than needed. I should add not only that evil MAY prevail when good fails to act, but when competent good fails to exist.
The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

Yes, this is true. Really evil men are in the minority - there are very few of them. What gives them power is when good men compromise with evil men (as we see every day in politics). Look at how we appease Iran. Terrorists. Crimminals. We don't judge evil or act consistantly against evil, or we compromise with evil.... and evil wins. Every time.
Evil really has no power except that which we allow it to have.

According to my understanding, Christians are Gods representatives on earth.
So when evil prevails it's because the Christians are once again sitting on their butts rather than doing something to make situations better.

Since there is no god, then you mean that evil will always prevail. I guess us atheists will have to take charge and change the world for the better.

Good never fails to act, not when push comes to shove.
Sometimes it has to be a sharp shove, but the evil will always shove; then in time the good will push back. In time for some, at least!

Yes evil thrives when good men do nothing. So lets do something. Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) As long as their is animal slaughter their will be war and famine. So lets not support war and starvation by not supporting the slaughtering innocent animals. We can do that by not eating them. I feel so much more peaceful now to know I can do something about the worlds condition just by this simple act. Pleas join me in this act of compassion.
