The tickets are for section 172. Seats 4,5,6,and 7. What does the WC stand for? There is no row on the tickets. Can someone help me with this?

It's probably the row, or it might be the gate you need to go to in order to gain access to the stadium.

That could be the row, sometimes stadiums letter their rows instead of numbering them. If you said which stadium you are going to, someone with experience in that stadium would be able to help you.
