There is a little water outlet on the back inside of your fridge- clear it.

usually when you find water in the bottom of the fridge (like under the crisper drawer), it is caused by condensation. the condensation comes from when warmer air comes in contact with the cold of the inside of the fridge. if this is the problem you are describing, the answer is that the seal on the edge of the door is not coming in full contact of the fridge. the seal most likely is warn out or maybe it is deformed (time will do that). not something you did. to check this out, it is real easy to do, take a dollar bill and put it in between the seal and the fridge and close the door and slide it up and down. if it does and you don't have a problem doing so, then you need a new seal.
hope this helps!

condensation, on the coils, or you may have an automatic defrost fridge, check to see if there is a door heater switch, is it on? turn it off,

It sounds like something is clogged. Check to see if there is a plug somewhere and take it out, you might find the blocking there! This has happened to me before!
