what u suggest is the best cream u have used for ur nipples while breastfeeding
because i have not long started breastfeeding my son and i have scuffed nipples which are really bad and sore and can affect my breastfeeding because its that sore any suggestions?

Lansolin is the best! It cost a pretty penny, but you can get it at Walmart and its safe to use. Some of them you have to wipe off before breastfeeding, but this one you don't and it works miracles! Just be sure to use pads in your bras so you don't get it everywhere! Also you can just try and stick it out! Most of the time once your breast get used to you feeding they will be ok and it will stop hurting! Good luck!
