depends...if one's if 1s 14, the other 17-that's weird to me.
But, if one was held back or had skipped a grade, it seems ok b/c there wouldnt be so much of an age difference then.

As long as their is no sexual activity, it's fine. If there is sexual activity (if the senior is 18 or older) this is statutory rape. Ideally, the senior should be focusing on college-age dates so "statutory rape" is never an issue.
