About 2 times the size of the other fry!

Yes, quite normal to have a few fry which are generally larger or more healthy than the rest. It's almost like having twins, and one is a little "less plump" than the other. In this case, your guppy had 11. =)

Live-bearer fish also tend to have more fry during one pregnancy term, since there's a better chance some will survive if there is a larger number of offspring. Guppy mothers will tend to try and eat their own fry immediately after giving birth.

My guppy had a batch similar to your's. Two of the fish were twice the size of the others. This was simply because they ate more then the others and they were stronger. Don't worry, the other's will be fine.

Yes, this is quite normal. the bigger fry are the ones that are more active and gets to eat more during feeding.

The older the mother fish is, the bigger and more fry it will have.

Do not breed! This is cruel to the poor fishy!!!
LOL I JK...
I had a guppy, and it had babies, and then it died, and then they all died but one, and then, after a year, it died too.
Um...
I no longer have any guppies.

This is totally normal. It might be because they are recieving more food and the more dominant fish of the group. Don't be worried.
