11/50 is .22 --------> day
.59 is . 59 ----------> no summer camp
.59 is greastest so no summer camp

ok !! all u have to do is make all the numbers in fractions as following :
17%=17/100
11/50=11/50
0.59=59/100
now u have to make the 50=100 so u can be able to get the answer
now 11/50 in order t omake it equals to hundred u have to multiply the 50 by 2 and the 11 by 2
(11/50)*2=22/100
now u have 17/100 and 22/100 and 59/100
the 100 is constant so u'll be comparing between the 17 , 22 and 59 to find out which is greatest ?
59 is the greatest so
59/100>22/100>17/100
meaning the kids who will attend no summer camp is the greatest

You need to convert these all into the same format.
% is simply a frequently used way to say "/100", so 17% is 17/100
0.59 can also be seen as a fraction. when working with decimal numbers, just move the decimal over two places and insert the facrtion sign or "/100".
0.59 is 59%, or 59/100
11/50 is easy to convert. You can multiply both sides of a fraction and still ahve the same value. 11/50 = 22/100
now that they're all the same it's much easier to tell which is larger.
59/100 > 22/100 > 17/100
or if you prefer decimal as I do:
.59 > .22 > .17

11/50 = 22/100 = 22%
0.59 = 59/100 = 55%
You need to work on spelling, too.
