The youth of our children and our time together as a family. They are grown and mostly out of the house now. They are all interesting people and I miss the daily contact with them.
With luck, there will be grandchildren some day, and we'll get to enjoy the highlights of childhood again, but they won't be there everyday and I will envy their parents that experience.
