I really like Zoey mew mew...
But im not sure how I would do that

It looks like Zoey needs a strapless top and a Ballerina's tutu for the skirt. Knee high boots, pink arm bands pink cat ears cat's tail, bells and bows (pink) a choker with a bell (also pink) and what looks like a pink garter belt (like brides wear and the groom throws at the reception). A LOT of pink and bells would work well. You can add a short over skirt using the netting like they use for the tutu as a slip which will give the skirt the desired shape. This should help you in designing the outfit. I think that it would be adorable for the costume of choice!

strawberry shortcake or minnie mouse, do something fun because when you get alittle older some people may look at you funny if you are tinkerbell

Strawberry Shortcake. I don't know too many people that dress up like her, so to a certain extent it would be fairly original.
