Ok so im 20 and still a virgin, looking like that might change soon (all contraception and everything is all sorted :) ) However, i was wondering, what exactly is the woman meant to do during sex? Like when youre thrusting you pelvis up and down and the guy is penetrating, are u mean to like..."squeeze, release, squeeze release" your vagina round his penis? Sorry if thats not very clear, done my best to try and convey what i mean! So i guess to cut a long story short, what exactly does the woman do during sex!? Thanks :P

Relax and enjoy! Make sure that there is plenty of foreplay and that you're really ready to take the penetration for the first time. I'm assuming that your partner knows you are a virgin, so if he's experienced he'll know exactly what to do to get the juices flowing. Don't worry about what your going to do - if the foreplay is good enough, everything will come naturally. (excuse the pun)! BTW: It may not hurt as bad as some of the replies are inferring, especially if you're a tampon wearer.

You do whatever you want. Really, the man doesn't care. Your first time, you won't be doing anything but wishing it was over, but after that, when you're comfortable...just try different positions. You don't have to worry about squeezing your vaginal muscles! LOL That happens natrually with the rythm of your body. Plus you're already really tight.

Ok you need to relax, if (hopefully you are) in a relationship with some one you are comfortable with then do not panic. When the time comes you will know what to do. No body reacts the same so you must do what you are comfortable doing. If you are loud soooooo what, as long as it is good for you.... Have fun don't build it up too much, have a good glass of wine that always helps.

Just go with what you feel like doing at that moment. You can squeeze around his penis and hold if you want, but being a virgin you are going to be fairly tight already, and if you are using condoms you can accidentally pull it off that way. I've had that happen. The main thing is to not lay there like a dead fish. Explore his arms, chest and back with your hands. Pull him in for a kiss. Basically, just go with your instincts.

Just relax and do what comes naturally. He may have suggestions for what works for him. If you're comfortable with that then go ahead. Over time you'll learn what you like and don't like to do) He may enjoy the "squeeze, release thing" but it's not necessary. Be clear about what feels good to you as well. Don't assume that he knows what you'll need. Every woman is different. Considering you're still a virgin I wouldn't do that. It will be painfull but eventually it will let up. Maybe after a few times of having sex you can. But make sure he knows you're a virgin so you wont feel as bad if you aren't perfect. lol But try and enjoy it and don't think to much. :)

There is no need to intentionally squeeze or anything. Your vagina usually does this naturally as you are getting closer to orgasm. If you just co ordinate with him you should be fine. Just move as he does and try not to worry because at the time it just comes naturally.

try different things likewrapping your legs round him..

You can flex the muscles done there (like when you have to pee really bad) if you want to but that could cause penetration problems if you do it when he is trying to go in. Really, you could just lay there if you want to. Girls on their backs don't really have to do much but open their legs. But if you want to try the other thing, I suggest going very slow and work on your rhythm first. It's going to hurt like hell so you may not want to do that the first time. Good luck!
