This is getting to be so annoying!?

Question

Ok I have a friend and she was my past college teacher. Well I have been to her house and we have gone to lunch and all that..we have become closer friends. Well I have gotten her new baby a couple of outfits and since we only talk through email, I emailed her and told her last week and asked when a good time to come by was and she told me anytime, but to tell her when and what time I decided.Well she never answered me so I didnt go over there. Then I asked her again this week and she emailed me today telling me to come by at 6:30 tonight but just a few min. ago, & called me on my cell and told me thier AC was broke and they are getting it fixed right now and she asked to reschedule AGAIN for next week. These seem like excuses to me..I dont know what the problem is but it is getting me very annoyed and frustrated with her.I really need to get those outfits for her b4 the baby gets a couple of months older. I feel like next week it will be another excuse next week & it hurts my feelings

If you are friends and it is not a long way then why do you not stop by. If something is going on you stay just a minute and leave if not then you stay longer. I do not usually call many people before dropping by unless there is a purpose of some big sort.

Hmmm.....that's weird. I would just make a surprise visit or mail the outfits if shes making it such a big deal. Or maybe you could ask her if somethings up? Well, shes your friend, do whatever you think is good. Good luck.

Dude, have you told her you what you want to give her? Maybe she thinks you are just trying to kick it and she aint up for it. Then again if she is your friend you should just drop by and tell her you wanted to give that to her asap! I would if she was my close friend.
