I really need a holiday but i really don't know where to go...i fancy somewhere abroad....I did fancy Greece but I've been told that it would 'burn a hole in you' at this time of year..

Go to Playa Blanca in Lanzarote......
Beautiful island, not as busy or commercial as Tenerife or Gran Canaria, but don't get me wrong, it IS geared up for tourists AND only a couple of hours away from UK.
Playa Blanca is calm and quiet with plenty to do but easy going and relaxing.
If you want night-life you are just a cheap taxi ride away from Puerto Del Carmen where you can dance and party til your heart's content.
Love the Island and would recommend it to anyone.

Cruise ships go out of their way to include singles in any activities and usually have coffee mornings/cocktails for people to make friends. A few days on a boat can be very relaxing. Last minute booking deals are very attractive.

it never gets above 60 degrees in the Pharoah Islands, wherever they are! You might need some factor 25 for your exposed bits!!!
